- This contest is only open to KLIPS members residing in Malaysia.
- This contest will run on KLIPS and its social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- KLIPS is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry of information by contestants; lost entries, interrupted or unavailable network, server downtime or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or computer hardware, software or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to contestants’ systems.
- KLIPS reserves the right to reject the participation of any contestant at any time and remove any photos without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
- KLIPS reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
- KLIPS reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Contest in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of KLIPS, despite the best efforts of KLIPS.
- By submitting your materials/entries for this Contest, all participants agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights thereto shall belong to KLIPS and shall have the exclusive right to use, edit, modify, and publish the contents submitted by all the participants, publish the names, scripts and photo of the participants, in any way it deems fit for any advertising, trade publicity, promotional purpose and for any other reason whatsoever, without prior further notice to the participants and the participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or any form of compensation and payment on the materials.
- KLIPS is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winners selected either by an auto-generated system or by judges are final and no appeal or correspondence in connection therewith will be entertained.
- The winners will be announced/notified by email, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram within 7 days of the contest end date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, KLIPS reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- KLIPS will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
- KLIPS’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this contest, a contestant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
